هذه السياسة تشرح بالضبط ما الذي يجمعه تطبيق لبيتي، ولماذا، وأين يُخزَّن، ومن يستطيع الاطّلاع عليه. كُتبت لتكون مقروءة، لا لتكون طويلة.

الخلاصة في ثلاث نقاط

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين. لا يوجد في التطبيق أي أداة تتبّع إعلاني أو تحليلات طرف ثالث.
صوتك لا يغادر جهازك. تحويل الكلام إلى نصّ يتمّ داخل الهاتف؛ لا يُرسَل أيّ تسجيل صوتي إلى خوادمنا.
إدارة لبيتي لا ترى محتوى قوائمك ولا أسعارك — إلا إذا فتحتَ أنت نافذة دعم مؤقّتة بنفسك.

١. مَن نحن

لبيتي تطبيق لإدارة قائمة مشتريات ومصاريف مشتركة بين أفراد المنزل. المسؤول عن معالجة البيانات في هذه السياسة هو فريق لبيتي، ويمكن مراسلته على privacy@labayti.com.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط ما يحتاجه التطبيق ليعمل. لا توجد حقول اختيارية «لأغراض تسويقية».

سجلّات تقنية

كأي خدمة على الإنترنت، يسجّل خادمنا الطلبات الواردة (المسار، رمز الحالة، عنوان IP، ونوع التطبيق) لأغراض الأمن وتتبّع الأعطال. تُحذف هذه السجلّات تلقائياً بعد ٧ أيام. ويُحفظ سجلّ العمليات المهمّة (إنشاء منزل، حذف حساب) لمدّة ٣٠ يوماً. تُخفى كلمات المرور والرموز من السجلّات قبل كتابتها.

٣. ما لا نجمعه

الصوت

عند استخدام الإدخال الصوتي، يُحوَّل كلامك إلى نصّ داخل جهازك عبر محرّك التعرّف على الكلام المدمج في نظام التشغيل. لا يُرسَل التسجيل الصوتي إلى خوادم لبيتي ولا يُخزَّن فيها. ما يصل إلينا هو النصّ الناتج فقط، وبعد أن تراجعه وتؤكّده.

الموقع الجغرافي

يتحقّق التطبيق من كون خدمات الموقع مفعّلة على جهازك (يحتاجها نظام التشغيل لبعض الوظائف). لا نقرأ إحداثياتك ولا نخزّنها ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة.

الصور

عند اختيار صورة شخصية نطلب إذن الوصول إلى مكتبة الصور. لا نقرأ إلا الصورة التي تختارها بنفسك، ولا نتصفّح بقية مكتبتك.

التتبّع والتحليلات

لا يحتوي لبيتي على أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع إعلاني أو تقارير أعطال من طرف ثالث. لا نستخدم مُعرّف الإعلانات، ولا نتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا نبني ملفّاً إعلانياً عنك.

٤. مَن يستطيع رؤية بيانات منزلك

أفراد منزلك

كل عضو في المنزل يرى قائمته وسجلّ مشترياته وأسعاره كاملاً. هذا هو الغرض من التطبيق. لا تنضمّ إلى منزل إلا برمز دعوة، ويمكن لصاحب المنزل إزالة أي عضو.

إدارة لبيتي

هذه نقطة صمّمنا التطبيق حولها، وهي مطبَّقة في الكود لا مكتوبة هنا فقط:

لوحة الإدارة تعرض عن كل منزل أرقاماً وتواريخ فقط: اسم المنزل، عدد أعضائه، عدد أصنافه، عدد مشترياته، وتاريخ آخر نشاط.
لا تعرض أسماء الأصناف، ولا الأسعار، ولا مجموع المصاريف، ولا الملاحظات.
الاستثناء الوحيد أن تفتح أنت نافذة دعم مدّتها ٢٤ ساعة من داخل التطبيق، حين تطلب مساعدة تقتضي الاطّلاع على محتوى قائمتك.
هذه النافذة تنتهي وحدها، ويمكنك إلغاؤها في أي لحظة، وكل عملية اطّلاع خلالها تُسجَّل باسم المسؤول ووقتها.
لا يملك أي مسؤول صلاحية فتح هذه النافذة بنفسه.

أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها. نستعين بمزوّدين تقنيين في أضيق الحدود:

استضافة الخادم — تُخزَّن البيانات على خادم مستأجَر لدى مزوّد استضافة، وقاعدة البيانات لا تقبل اتصالاً من خارج الخادم نفسه.
خدمة الإشعارات — يُرسَل رمز الجهاز ونصّ الإشعار فقط (مثل «أضاف أحمد ٣ أصناف»)، دون محتوى قائمتك.
إرسال رمز التحقّق — يُمرَّر رقم هاتفك ورمز التحقّق إلى مزوّد الرسائل لحظة الإرسال فقط.

وقد نُفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، أو لحماية سلامة مستخدمينا وخدمتنا.

٥. أين تُخزَّن البيانات وكيف تُحمى

الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفَّر عبر HTTPS.
رموز التحقّق تُخزَّن مُجزّأة (hashed) لا كنصّ صريح، وتنتهي صلاحيتها تلقائياً، ولها حدّ أقصى للمحاولات.
الجلسة تُدار برمز موقَّع صالح ١٨٠ يوماً، ويُلغى بتسجيل الخروج.
الوصول إلى بيانات أي منزل يمرّ عبر فحص عضوية وصلاحية على مستوى كل طلب.
ثمة حدود لعدد الطلبات تحمي من محاولات التخمين على تسجيل الدخول.

لا توجد حماية مطلقة على الإنترنت، لكننا نلتزم بهذه الإجراءات ونراجعها.

٦. مدّة الاحتفاظ

حسابك وبيانات منزلك — تبقى ما دام حسابك فعّالاً.
سجلّ الطلبات التقني — ٧ أيام، ثم يُحذف تلقائياً.
سجلّ العمليات — ٣٠ يوماً، ثم يُحذف تلقائياً.
رموز التحقّق — تُحذف تلقائياً عند انتهاء صلاحيتها.

٧. حقوقك

الاطّلاع — كل بياناتك ظاهرة لك داخل التطبيق؛ ويمكنك طلب نسخة منها بمراسلتنا.
التصحيح — تعدّل اسمك وصورتك ولغتك من «الملف الشخصي» في أي وقت.
الحذف — من الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب، داخل التطبيق ودون مراسلتنا.
الاعتراض والشكوى — راسلنا على privacy@labayti.com، ويحقّ لك التقدّم بشكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات المختصّة في بلدك.

ماذا يحدث عند حذف الحساب

يتوقّف وصولك فوراً، وتُحذف رموز الإشعارات المرتبطة بك، وتُزال عضويتك من كل منزل. المنزل الذي تملكه وحدك يُحذف معك. أمّا إن كنت تملك منزلاً فيه أعضاء آخرون، فسيطلب منك التطبيق نقل الملكية أولاً حتى لا يفقد بقيّة أفراد البيت قائمتهم. والأصناف التي أضفتها سابقاً تبقى ضمن سجلّ ذلك المنزل لأنها جزء من تاريخه المشترك.

٨. الأطفال

لبيتي مخصّص للاستخدام العائلي وليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمتَ أن طفلاً دون هذه السنّ أنشأ حساباً، راسلنا وسنحذفه.

٩. تعديلات هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلاها، وننبّهك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري في طريقة تعاملنا مع بياناتك.

This policy explains exactly what Labayti collects, why, where it is stored, and who can see it. It is written to be read, not to be long.

The short version

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. The app contains no third-party analytics or ad-tracking SDK.
Your voice never leaves your device. Speech-to-text runs on the phone; no audio recording is sent to our servers.
Labayti staff cannot see your list contents or prices — unless you personally open a temporary support window.

1. Who we are

Labayti is an app for managing a household's shared shopping list and expenses. The data controller for the purposes of this policy is the Labayti team, reachable at privacy@labayti.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what the app needs to function. There are no optional "for marketing purposes" fields.

Technical logs

Like any internet service, our server logs incoming requests (path, status code, IP address, app version) for security and debugging. These logs are deleted automatically after 7 days. A record of significant actions (creating a household, deleting an account) is kept for 30 days. Secrets and tokens are redacted before anything is written.

3. What we do not collect

Voice

When you use voice input, your speech is converted to text on your device using the operating system's built-in speech engine. No audio recording is sent to or stored on Labayti servers. Only the resulting text reaches us — after you have reviewed and confirmed it.

Location

The app checks whether location services are enabled on your device (the OS requires this for certain functions). We do not read, store, or share your coordinates with anyone.

Photos

We request photo library access only when you set a profile picture. We read only the single image you pick and never browse the rest of your library.

Tracking and analytics

Labayti contains no third-party analytics, ad-tracking, or crash-reporting SDK. We do not use the advertising identifier and we do not track you across other apps or websites, nor do we build an advertising profile about you.

4. Who can see your household's data

Your household members

Every member sees the full list, purchase history, and prices. That is the point of the app. You join a household only via an invite code, and the owner can remove any member.

Labayti staff

This is a point the app was designed around, and it is enforced in code — not merely stated here:

The admin dashboard shows, for each household, counts and timestamps only: its name, member count, item count, purchase count, and last activity date.
It does not show item names, prices, spending totals, or notes.
The only exception is when you open a 24-hour support window from inside the app, because you have asked for help that requires seeing your list.
That window expires on its own, you can revoke it at any moment, and every access during it is logged with the staff member's identity and the time.
No administrator has the ability to open such a window themselves.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We rely on technical providers only where necessary:

Server hosting — data is stored on a rented server; the database accepts no connection from outside that machine.
Push notification service — receives only your device token and the notification text (e.g. "Ahmad added 3 items"), never your list contents.
Verification code delivery — your phone number and the code are passed to a messaging provider at the moment of sending only.

We may also disclose data where legally required, or to protect the safety of our users and our service.

5. Where data is stored and how it is protected

Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted over HTTPS.
Verification codes are stored hashed, never in plain text, expire automatically, and have an attempt limit.
Sessions use a signed token valid for 180 days, invalidated on sign-out.
Access to any household's data passes a membership and permission check on every single request.
Rate limits protect the sign-in flow against guessing attacks.

No protection on the internet is absolute, but we hold to these measures and review them.

6. Retention

Your account and household data — kept while your account is active.
Technical request logs — 7 days, then deleted automatically.
Action logs — 30 days, then deleted automatically.
Verification codes — deleted automatically on expiry.

7. Your rights

Access — all your data is visible to you in the app; you may also request a copy by writing to us.
Correction — change your name, photo, and language from Profile at any time.
Deletion — via Profile → Delete account, inside the app, without contacting us.
Objection and complaint — write to privacy@labayti.com; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

What happens when you delete your account

Your access stops immediately, your push tokens are deleted, and your membership is removed from every household. A household you own alone is deleted with you. If you own a household with other members, the app will ask you to transfer ownership first, so the rest of the family does not lose their list. Items you previously added remain in that household's history, as they are part of its shared record.

8. Children

Labayti is intended for family use and is not directed at children under 13, whose data we do not knowingly collect. If you learn that a child under that age has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page. The last-updated date appears at the top, and we will notify you in the app of any material change in how we handle your data.
